Message I did some searching but didn't find anything that popped out. One person would say porting is awesome, then somebody right behind him would say its a waste. I am pretty well modded. See my mod list below. But after the rebuild i am going to have to stick with stock turbos for awhile before i have enough for the PE1420s or GT2530s and tubular manis i am after. (Probably a long while lol)

My question is...would i benefit from ported stock manis with the stock turbos at all? Is it so marginal that it doesn't justify the cost? Should i just get only split DPs and leave the stock manis alone? Keep in mind it will be bored, have a 5 angle valve job and i'll get the split DPs no matter what.

Engine Mods:
-Dual POP chargers
-Nismo 555 injectors
-JWT ECU
-HKS EVC IV Boost controller
-HKS Turbo Timer
-HKS Hardpipe kit
-HKS SSQ BOVs
-HKS Intercoolers
-Stillen Catback with 4" single tips
-Stillen Midpipes
-Gutted Pre-cats
-Rebuilt stock turbos (Turbonetics)
-Unorthodox Underdrive pulley
-Colder NGK plugs

Currently being rebuilt with:
-.020 or .030 bore, depending on how deep the scoring was
-Weisco pistons
-Eagle Rods
-Carrera SS exhaust valves
-5 angle valve job
-Split DPs
